Immediately, the judge ordered the two quarreling men to be referred to a psychiatric hospital.
If I were that judge, I would never hesitate for a moment to issue such a ruling. Anyone who harbors hatred, fights, and kills for people who died more than 1400 years ago is certainly mentally unstable.
All the companions and followers, including Hussein and Yazid, lived their lives, died, and passed on to meet the consequences of their own deeds. We did not live in their time, nor did we meet them. All we know about them comes from history books—books filled with lies and fabrication.
This raging war between Sunnis and Shias will never end as long as you keep returning to the past, and it will never end as long as you surrender your minds to the "priests of religion." You, and no one else, are the fuel of this war.
The priests of religion from both the Sunni and Shia sects incite the public day and night from their pulpits to keep this war burning between you. The only beneficiaries of this conflict are the religious clerics and corrupt politicians.
Why haven't we seen a Shia cleric flagellate himself with knives as the common Shia folk do? Why haven't we seen a Sunni cleric fighting in war-torn countries as the common Sunni folk do?
To my Shia brother: The Sunni is not your enemy. Killing him will not grant you Paradise; rather, it will lead you to Hellfire.

Enough with sectarianism and racism. You are Muslims and your book is the Quran. Return to your Book and cast away the religious priests, their books, and their fatwas.
